Jerônimo Track — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Maringá

It looked interesting from the outside so I walked in, it's really cramped, with a low ceiling and bamboo plants all around taking away the opportunity to sit, relax, eat and enjoy the view. Because everyone's next to you, you will hear lots of noise. McDonald's down the road is a lot more spacious and unpretentious. I heard the fries would be great. They were pretty dry and tasted cardboard-y. I asked for mayonnaise - a very common, very standard sauce. I was told I had to walk back to the kiosk and order it, when the food was already waiting for me. That was terrible service. Nowhere on the ordering system was I ever advised that such a basic sauce would be chargeable. I would have no problem paying for it since my order of a burger with cucumber relish, a large lemon tea with no sugar, and the fries had cost me almost R$70. The tea was pretty watery for my taste. I didn't want sugar but I wanted it sweet. I didn't ask but they probably didn't have sweetener and if they did, she would probably tell me to go back to the kiosk to order it too. Have I mentioned that the fries tasted like old newspaper? The buffalo sauce was awful, good thing it was in a tiny container as it went almost completely uneaten so it went to waste. So, all in all, I'd give zero for the service but that's not an option so I'll settle for 1 star. Also 1 for the food, which was really overpriced for the quality on offer. 3 for the atmosphere, at least the place had some character - if you like "urban". I won't go back when I'm in Maringá again, and I wouldn't recommend it. I left half of the tea in the cup, half of the fries in the basket, and walked to McDonald's for a milkshake that never fails to disappoint. This place is trying too hard. Ps. They accept...

With such amazing places like this, I still don't understand why some others stinky and bland fast food restaurants survive. This place has impecable cleaning, delicious food, cozy environment and just a little bit lousy music. Depending on what you want to discuss inside or outside scenario are just perfect for a gathering of friends. Fiz um pedido pelo IFOOD, de 169,20 R$ dia 09/03/25 às 15:35, o motoboy já chegou na minha casa PUTO, de acordo com o mesmo ele avisou a equipe do Jerônimo que a embalagem não seria suficiente dos sucos e a maneira que eles estavam embalando ficaria tudo completamente bagunçado, quando ele tirou da bag dele, todos os 3 sucos estavam escorrendo na sacola e na bag dele de entregar pedidos, o mesmo nervoso me entregou oq uma sacola grampeada claramente feita as pressas e a sacola com todo suco vazados, disse que o trabalho dele ele fez e que a responsabilidade é da loja no caso o Jerônimo, entrei em contato com o suporte do Ifood já nervoso pois escorreu na minha casa toda o suco que representou 46,90 do pedido, a loja mesmo com as fotos foi contra a decisão de reembolso e o absurdo e o motivo de eu estar fazendo essa avaliação aqui e nas redes sociais seria que a loja mentiu para o suporte do Ifood, eles disseram que tinham feito um acordo cmg que eu n ia solicitar o reembolso, oq é uma mentira, precisei explicar ao atendente do suporte que era mentira, e mesmo após tudo isso eles tiveram resistência em me ceder o reembolso e isso foi apenas da bebida, os lanches estavam todos revirados na sacola sem proteção nenhuma com a embalagem, se alguém me dissesse que alguém violou a sacola eu acreditaria...
