Gaiatri Mercado Saudavel — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Petrópolis

It’s hard to consider dining anywhere else in Itaipava after experiencing Gaiatri. This restaurant is a true oasis of calm in a town that can often be chaotic and noisy.

We savored the many vegan options available, and they were absolutely superb. While there are other choices on the menu, the vegan dishes stood out for their creativity and flavor.

Alex, the bilingual and gracious host, is a true gentleman. He is patient, intelligent, caring, humble, and has a great sense of humor. His profound knowledge of food and his passion for the entire process from farm to plate are both enlightening and impressive.

During our stay in Itaipava, my wife and I tried the entire menu. Set back from the busy road, the restaurant offers relaxing views and a refreshing breeze, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

Whether you choose to dine in or take food back to enjoy later, the tastes are simply superb. The dishes are well presented and served by charming, well-trained staff.

I couldn’t recommend Gaiatri...

Eu e meu namorado paramos de comer glúten tem quase um ano por uma questão de saúde dele. E hoje, estava sendo um desafio comer pão sem glúten que é pão de verdade, até chegar no Gaiatri. Foi por uma indicação de uma amiga que descobrimos aqui e que sorte a nossa. Café da manhã excepcional, ovos de granja de verdade e o pão? O pão estava MA RA VI LHO SO. Fofinho, não quebradiço, e com sabor de pão sabe? Recomendo de olhos fechados!

E pra quem gosta de chocolate, recomendo a Torta Mousse de chocolate sem glúten e sem açúcar. Chocolatuda e molhadinha. Deliciosa!

Um verdadeiro achado em Itaipava! Ambiente super aconchegante, atendimento excelente, muita variedade de comidas saudáveis, muito saborosas e com preparos especiais.

Opções sem glúten, sem lactose, sem açúcar, veganas e vegetarianas... além do restaurante, tem uma mercearia, padaria e até encomendam bolos.

Comi o queijo quente no pão integral com o suco amarelo, tudo delicioso. Outro dia o quiche de alho poró com a saladinha, tudo delicioso também! E a torta mousse é divina! Os congelados também, escondidinho, hambúrger vegano... é realmente tudo feito com muito cuidado e carinho.
