The food is amazing and is presented in 5 courses from a diverse ethnicity's selection, artistically prepared and accompanied by 5 superb international wines carefully chosen from the best chef Hugo‘s cava. It’s been over a month now since we came back from Brasil but I did not forget the incredible experience that we had at Sanctuarium atelier. Funny story we tried to book over a year ago on our only night in Salvador but sadly it was not possible with such short notice. Tried again this year and he opened the restaurant just for us. I had the best experience at the Sanctuarium restaurant yesterday. The owner is Dr Hugo , he personally cooked and paired the delicious wine with the food . I had 4 courses, all delicious.
