Wrong choice!!! We’ve been attracted to this place for the looks and the good food reviews but when we arrived we immediately started to feel something was off. There was a huge chaotic group of people at the entrance and apparently no organization, nobody at the door. Then we finally found members of the staff between the crowd, but maybe it would have been better not to find them: everyone was very rude and, after being ignored for over 20 minutes, we called their attention again, but even worse. we got put in a corner without any notion of waiting time and after 40 minutes a lady of the staff approached us with the suggestion of not eating there with the excuse of the very long waiting (this comment was only addressed to us and we were the first ones on the queue, it was most probably based on how we looked, as this looks like a restaurant for posh botox people who want to show off their status). all this with a very intense air conditioning that would probably make you sick if you stay there for over one hour. after being pushed, bullied, and ignored, we decided to leave and we headed to the more tranquil and way better Yokoyama sushi bar just around the corner. never again. the staff is rude, the place is chaotic and overall really...

Pior experiência custo / serviço que tive em anos. Eu, minha mãe, minha namorada e meu irmão, decidimos jantar no domingo. Costumávamos ir há alguns anos no Shiro, os pratos eram excelentes e o serviço sempre muito bom. Infelizmente fomos surpreendidos com um péssimo atendimento e a comida que parecia a mesma que você encontra nos piores do ifood. Explico: Vamos começar com a chegada, geralmente você espera ser bem recebido por alguém na entrada. Tive que abrir para que todos pudessem entrar. Pedimos um combinado do chefe, esperamos um bom prato, bem elaborado, mas o que chegou foi uma porção de cream cheese, peixe maçaricado e arroz. Sem falar que esperamos quase uma hora e o restaurante estava praticamente vazio. Em seguida, como estávamos com muita fome e a demora foi grande, pedi um combinado de salmão e um combinado shake, o que é muito simples, arroz e peixe! Mais uma espera de 30 ou 40 min, quando fui, educadamente, pedir pelo prato o garçom avisou que não tinha atum. Eu falei: Tudo bem, só substitui por outro peixe. Quando o prato chegou parecia um combinado qualquer que você pede no Ifood. Depois um garçom falou que estavam com muitos pedidos para entrega. Aí entendi, o restaurante prioriza as entregas e os clientes que estão aguardando, ficam susceptíveis a demanda de pedidos. Fiquei muito decepcionado. Perdemos mais um ótimo lugar. Food and presentation is on point, here. If you're looking for good sushi, this is the place in Salvador. The service was very attentive, and the door man was so kind he even drew a picture of us while we ordered (very memorable).
