Coco Bambu Music Bar — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Valença

Nice place to sit and rest by the beach, but definitely not a place to go for visitors…! Since there is no 4G connection there, I asked for their wifi, but they refuse to give you the code unless you’re a client of the hotel !! I had a coconut and then wanted to order some food, but since the menu is only in Portuguese, I asked again for the wifi saying I needed to use my phone to translate some words, the lady told she will see what she can do, then she came came back to tell me again that they would not give the code…!! Incredibly poor level of service. I’ve never seen that. Therefore of course I didn’t order any food since I really didn’t want to give them more money than the 9 $R (!) for the coconut. You don’t miss a lot anyway, prices are super expensive and you cannot even really swim, the beach is not really nice. How can you run this kind of place and being this bad at customer...

Infelizmente o proprietário não tem muita noção em como atender bem e fidelizar os clientes. Almoçamos no restaurante hoje e após o almoço, comentei com a atendente que iríamos sentar nas cadeiras da praia.

Ela pediu para aguardamos e voltou falando que não podíamos nos sentar lá, pois devíamos consumir no mínimo R$ 100,00 reais por pessoa! Isso porque TODAS as cadeiras estavam vazias e ficaram vazias até a hora que fomos embora as 16 horas (chegamos as 13 horas).

É a terceira vez que venho a boipeba, sempre fico muitos dias e costumo repetir bastante os restaurantes que gosto. Infelizmente, neste, não coloco os pés...

Simplesmente não tive experiência. Cheguei às 19:00 para consumir uma sobremesa (já bemmmm cara por sinal), ok, mas o rapaz disse que não podia servir APENAS 1 sobremesa ! Já que não íamos jantar. Nunca vi isso na vida . E no cardápio não mencionava nada ! Se tivesse um canal de denúncia para a associação brasileira de restaurantes , ou algo parecido, com...
