I was shocked to find that there was only one other couple at the restaurant, and yet when I ordered a bottle of wine, both glasses arrived dirty—with visible lipstick marks from a previous customer. I asked for clean glasses, and right in front of me, they simply sprayed them, wiped them with a napkin, and returned them—still dirty.

I politely said that the glasses should be properly washed, and that this kind of handling is not something you expect to see in a restaurant, especially in front of a customer. They brought back the same glasses, a bit cleaner, but dripping wet. The waiter said, "I did wash them—that's why they're wet." I pointed out that I was about to open a bottle of wine and couldn’t pour it into completely wet glasses.

He finally left, clearly irritated, and came back with properly cleaned, dry glasses—the way it should have been done in the first place.

I really like the food, at least what I had. Singe portions just enough for 1 person as it should be. They overdo the extras though like the spiced buttersauce I had. That is why I posted a before and after picture to show you what is left. Does not mean the food is no good as it certainly was. I have read some previous reviews and saw a lot of complaints about the service, I understand why people felt that way but the real problem in my opinion is management. Food is good so cooks are good, staff is friendly but they seem lost and therefore there are delays etc. Improve management/guidance and you will improve these issues. Bem, ao chegar no restaurante faltando 35 min para o encerramento da cozinha fomos muito mal recebidos. A host mal nos atendeu e praticamente disse que era melhor irmos embora. Tivemos que encontrar nossa própria mesa, ao tentarmos fazer ei pedido, os garçons demoraram muito até decidir quem nos atenderia. Quando um finalmente veio, nos informou mais uma vez que a cozinha estava pra fechar já e que talvez não daria tempo de pedirmos nada. Eu logo informei que só esperando alguém nos atender ficamos quase 12 min. Assim que pedimos, finalmente, veio a saga do drinks, onde o barman nos respondeu rispidamente quando perguntamos se havia um drinks com cereja: "se vocês querem saber o que tem, leiam o cardápio, se não está no cardápio não tem.'" Por fim, comemos bem rápido pra ir embora, na hora de pagar a conta pedi gentilmente que tirassem os 10%, o garçom disse então que chamaria o gerente. Respondi que era pra chamar mesmo, pois o deixaria ciente do péssimo atendimento. Porém ele foi e voltou sem o gerente, recebeu a conta e fomos embora sem nenhum tratamento cortez. Acredito que poderiam ter evitado isso simplesmente nos impedindo de entrar e mudando o horário de atendimento já que os funcionários não recebem bem clientes a 35 min de fechar a loja.
