Zimbrus ia one of the most traditional restaurants in Brasília, and throughout its many years it has kept one of its premises: having a good cost-benefit. It has this casual atmosphere, with a decorations that resembles a restaurant by the beach, and a very versatile menu. You feel like having lunch? You got it! You just want to have an açaí after your workout? You got it! You can eat as healthy as you want, or explore the excessive calories of some of the dishes and desserts. I also love that we are surrounded by the gorgeous gardens and trees of Asa Sul. When I go there, I like to have their "build your meal" option. There are plenty of options for protein (which is great for me, as I do not eat beef or pork), that you can from and add three side courses , plus a sauce. Parecia promissor, mas decepcionou. Comemos no local, no final da manhã de sábado depois de uma volta de bike. Pedimos o prato do dia (sanduíche Magic Chicken) e dois sucos. O cardápio não informa o tamanho do suco, só percebi depois que achei pequeno. Mas estava bom. O sanduíche decepcionou bastante - o pão veio frio (não custava passar na chapa antes de servir), e não tinha nenhuma semelhança com a foto do cardápio. Na foto aparece com alface, tomate e fritas, mas não veio com nenhum deles. Perguntamos no final se pelo menos as fritas não acompanhavam o prato, e o garçom apenas apontou que não falava em nenhum lugar que sim. Falamos que a foto engana, pelo menos na questão das fritas, e ele se desvencilhou. O gerente aparentemente não se interessou por ver o que estávamos comentando.
