Bob's is Brazilian biggest fast-food chain and they have the best burgers and milkshakes ever (including OvoMaltine milkshake and Nutella flavors)... But this unit in particular is way more expensive than others and there's always something missing (and you'll usually be told that after paying for it!) and they never accepts Bob's loyalty program's promotions. Não aceitam bobs fã ( poderiam se cadastrar, seria bom para a loja, e pros clientes), não tem segurança na loja o que é irônico porque fica localizado num posto de gasolina no meio da Lapa, aonde é super movimentado, mas o atendimento foi bom e rápido, meu lanche chegou rapidinho, e estava padrão da franquia de fast food, o hambúrguer de frango que eu pedi estava bom, a batata mais ou menos, achei um pouco incomodo que a máquina de bebidas fica dentro do balcão então não dá pra encher o próprio refil, tem que pedir aos funcionários ( o refil é válido por 30 minutos ), e de molhos sem ser os adicionais só tem ketchup, e mostarda no pacotinho, não tem refil/ pote de maionese, ketchup, barbecue, mostarda, como já vi em grande parte das franquias do Bobs. Achei o atendimento bom, mas essa loja do Bobs em si muito fraquinha em comparação a outros que já fui, mas supriu minha vontade naquele momento de fast food, no horario que era...
