The food was good. However, the staff had a really hard time with admin. While we stood there making our order, we were interrupted multiple times for the 1 cashier to finalize other people's bills, and they only start cooking after you pay, so that was a half hour lost. When we finally finished saying the order (many items), there were complications with the 'system' in which they registered the orders. After that was solved by management, we would finally be able to pay, so we did. Plot twist: they had not included the packages and delivery fee, and said they didn't deliver to our address that was literally 7 minutes away by motorbike. I insisted, since we had already ordered lots of food and wouldn't be able to carry it, and because they had said they had a delivery service. 15 people were waiting for us to take the food. Calculating the price of the packages took well over 10 minutes. Overall, we lost almost an hour just placing the order, before we could leave. Delivery apps for the win...

Hello from Braseiro.I worked in a restaurant just near by in this squae.was just in front of largo.The weight and barbecue weight was just starting.Was a huge restaurant owned by a friend.I loved working with meals,serving,making pizza and passing the whole day in Lgo while I am from humaitá.I am writing from here because this is the closest similar I found today.The huge and old Lgo. was in front of us and by my sight the whole day.I only knew here from cinemas,bob´s and stuffs else.This time I really met the people,the camelos,subway workers and all the waiters and servants of jdc alimentos by the time. Thios is an old hood,I know it,trhe time of fla bay.Probably a great time and better than ours.It´s a pitty the paved our beach.Just saying hi to all my people I worked with in that time,that I love meals and will soon work just like...

A "PICANHA NA BRASA" NÃO É PICANHA! SE VOCÊ PEDIR, VAI SE ARREPENDER AMARGAMENTE! Tive a infelicidade de achar que o "Braseiro Machadão" era do nível do "Braseiro da Gávea" e passei por um momento constrangedor! Os preços são os mesmos do Braseiro da Gávea e o cardápio parece que foi clonado! Eu pensei até que fosse uma franquia, mas para a minha infelicidade não tinha nenhuma ligação. Eles apenas estão tentando se aproveitar da fama do verdadeiro braseiro. Bom vamos lá.... Eu pedi uma refeição de R$135,00 que dizia acompanhar um peça de "picanha" da brasa, mas na hora, chegou uma carne qualquer, dura e sem NENHUMA gordura! ( a gordura lateral é uma característica básica de uma peça de picanha! Quem eles querem enganar? ) Chamei o garçom e expliquei pra ele o que estava acontecendo e rapidamente ele disse que iria trocar. Daqui a pouco chegou uma outra carne....uma bandeja com aproximadamente 1.5kg de carne, já achei estranho aquele monte de carne, mas... vamos lá provar! Dessa vez, a carne tinha gordura, mas para a minha infelicidade, sem gosto nenhum de picanha! Aquilo lá era provavelmente era colchão duro! Quem conhece o gosto de picanha, vai ver que o que eles vendem lá como "picanha" não é picanha! Pedi para fechar a conta e pagar pelos acompanhamentos que já estavam na mesa esperando a picanha chegar ( Arroz, farofa e batata frita). O garçom ainda teve a coragem de vim querer me cobrar metade do valor! Com muita insistência, paguei só os acompanhamentos, onde só comi a batata frita!

Então fica a dica, quer comer picanha, procure outro lugar! APRENDA COM OS ERRO DOS OUTROS! NÃO CAIA NESSE GOLPE DA PICANHA FALSA! NUNCA MAIS VOLTO...
