This store of Le Depanneur is horrible. Service is really, deeply bad. It's not neat and clean, and cutlery and other table utensils are not collected after clients have finished eating. Not to mention coffee and desert time which was just another layer in the closing of the bad service that was offered to us. Food did not seem freshly made, mostly ate my plate cold, and staff was arguing among themselves, like very far from amicably. It's a disastrous place, would not go at any time of the day. Other branches of this brand do not come close to the caos clients experience in this store, and, to be honest, this was not the first time this same bad quality service style of enterprise has happened to us. Can't understand why it's still open doors. I would not recommend spending any time here. This 2 stars review of mine here is justified only for it's proximity to the metro station and to the huge store getting everyone's attention from afar. Other than this, once inside, it's a whole different story, not worth one's dime or penny....

The food is tasty, well seasoned and well served for a good price. Two biggest issues there are the waiters and the chairs. When I arrived for some unbelievable reason the waiter assumed I was a foreigner and didn't try to understand what I said, even though I'm Brazilian and was speaking clearly. I asked two simple questions, he wasn't able to understand. I asked how much for the torrada Petrópolis combo and the plain coffee. He insisted on assuming I was asking to change the juice for the coffee. Later on, I was feeling bad and needed to take a medicine. I asked for tap water and he frowned on me. I was at the establishment this morning and I was not taken care of. I was alone at a table, due to the delay I called an attendant who wrote down my request. After about 20 minutes, when all the requests next door arrived, I asked again about my request and nothing. On the third attempt, the attendant told me that I had not made the request, that she was responsible for the sector and asked me who I asked for.
