Giorno Benedetto Pizzaria e Trattoria — Restaurant in Região Imediata de Campinas

Went there for a birthday celebration, got a little late and the restaurant was packed. Our table was located right next to the ovens, só it was somewhat hot because of it, the AC were far and no other cooling system was around. My friends were there for around an hour and a half, and probably because of that I wasn't getting much attention from the waiters, and almost none of them were stopping by to offer some pizza. At the end, some of the flavors that we've asked for were left behind and it took longer to bring out Bill and change. We came here and we really enjoyed the pizza, we had a lovely waiter named Selio serve us most of the time who was exceptional. We went for the pizza all you can eat which also included pasta, the carbonara was AMAZING blew my mind. Lots of variety of pizza, at the end you get sweet pizza also. Thank you and would highly recommend to all 🙂 already going to be telling others to visit...

A crítica é uma ferramenta de sinalizar melhorias e correções, na minha avaliação. Ontem, sábado de Carnaval, voltamos a casa para saborear um rodízio e não foi a melhor experiência dentro da gastronomia das pizzas. Ambiente quente, ar condicionado não estava funcionando, na região próximo entrada kids . Na equipe de garçons, tinha gente nova que não estava familiarizada com o cardápio das pizzas para explicar o sabor. Agora, as pizzas, faltaram variedades de sabores, como já vi em comentários aqui, dois dedos de recheio, muita massa e mesmo assim, pouco recheio. A pizza de frango, não estava temperado, branco, como se tivesse saído da embalagem e colocado na pizza. A impressão que passou que parecia uma equipe nova de pizzaiolos, mantendo um padrão bem simples de preparo e sabores. As pizzas doces, foram ainda abaixo das salgadas, sem variedades e pouco convidativas. Em fim, não recomendaria para meu amigo, pelo valor e qualidade, sempre fazemos comparações com outras casas, sendo a proposta de comer uma boa pizza, a Giorno precisa melhorar rapidamente e muito. A referência mencionada fica no Colina, hoje, é a melhor da cidade, ambiente, preço...
