Giraffas Aeroporto Viracopos — Restaurant in Região Imediata de Campinas

Was searching for a place with plant based options and I was almost at a loss for hope when all of a sudden I see this place called Girraffas. I didn't expect it to be of help but they had some veg chicken! Which I got in the form of a sandwich with some vegan mayo(unfortunately they ran out of the lettuce or veggie topping) ! Was absolutely delicious and the price wasn't bad at all either especially for being an airport. The employees were very kind and helpful as well. I'm so glad I decided to check out the menu because I would then visit this fine establishment one more time in my journey. When I was going home I was really looking forward to Girraffas at the airport but no such luvk. I was disappointed. More plant based options would be great but loving the options you have so far. Maybe try to get some vegan cheese so you give the customer the chance to get it vegan! Look forward to the next time I'm able to have this plant based...

After seeing the review score of this place, my expectations were low. Nevertheless I decided to give it a try, and was positively surprised. terible service. my boarding was at 10.20. at 9.45 i was trying to order food and staff is just hiding in the back. then after 10 mi she came out and told that they open at 10. I am there at 10 and untill 10.15, I was trying to get their attention but they are just hiking in the back of the kitchen. as a result, I left hungry as, I had a plane. no communication. embarrassment for the business.
