This is by far the worst service of a hotel I had to suffer for a long time. I had to wait 35 minutes to get my key. Treatment of guests who already had a reservation was s*. There was a group of travellers from a cancelled flight who got served at four lines at the front desk. The guests with an already existing reservation had to queue in just one line. After more than 20 minutes waiting time and starting to be impatient suddenly a security guy showed up and accompanied to another line which took another 15 minutes. This security guy just wanted to be nice and helpful but unfortunately it didn't work out. The lady at the front desk was very rude by not welcoming me but just saying "Your name!" in such a way which reminded me to when I served my country. After additional two minutes and after her admitting she doesn't speak English, another guy came who was able to understand me. At least he was nice and attempted to calm me down. I also asked for my receipt so I can leave the hotel early in the morning to catch my flight but he denied. I was forced to line up again in the morning to get my receipt. Good lord, what a terrible service! I know it's not the front desk guy's fault, but it's a management issue. The room looked really shabby and was very spartan. Bathroom's not clean. Can’t extend your stay with them, need to wait for 8am before they can assist you thru whatsapp only, they’ only send website but not the site of the exact building, and they won’t even say immediately if there are no rooms available. They’ll let you see what’s available or not, you need to ask everytime you make a move. And that’s the time that they’ll answer and they’re response is too late, until all rooms are all sold out even from their other buildings. Poor service. Receptionist have no used at all! I do not recommend this place. No extension on check out time as well! We were expecting for an extension but no available rooms in all their buildings and they can’t even say straightly they’ll just send a site for you to see for yourself then when you asked that’s the time that they’ll answer you. The lady who helped us had no clue at all of what she was doing... ||Asked for a room far away from lifts, got a room in front of a lift. I was not seeking luxury, not seeking amenities, just wanted a quiet night. Seems it's asking too much in this hotel.||I reserved the room with my points, she did not know what to make me pay, I had to calculate the exchange rate for her...
