Zoet en Zout — Restaurant in Região Imediata de Campinas

We made the mistake of coming on a holiday. The building is nice, but it has terribly cramped and inadequate access infrastructure, stinky surroundings, was overcrowded, and everything we had was frozen too hard; the girl could barely even serve the ice cream. I wasn't impressed by anything I had, though my family said it was good. I would only ever recommend coming if there's nothing better to do on a weekday that is not a holiday. When we went there, it was extremely crowded. We had to wait on a line outside the place for about twenty minutes and when we were able to enter at the store we had to face another line, to order our desert and it was a messy. The price is a little bit high and the two deserts that we tried were ok. I don't think that the price is fair for the service and taste. Visitamos a Cafeteira Zoet en Zout e experimentei dois itens do cardápio: uma arretjescake e uma torta bavaroise de limão. A torta de limão estava impecável, com uma apresentação atraente e um sabor delicioso. Em contraste, a arretjescake deixou a desejar. A textura era bastante dura e seca, diferindo do que eu esperava com base na descrição de "Bolo Holandês", que deveria ser firme, mas não dura. Não veio bem montada, o que seria o ideal, e faltou a cremosidade típica de um bolo holandês feito com cacau (não senti o sabor do cacau nem a crocância dos biscoitos). Nem mesmo o cardápio, que sugeria uma semelhança com palha italiana, correspondeu às expectativas. Embora não tenha sido horrível, também não agradou muito.

O ambiente da cafeteira é extremamente agradável, com uma vista encantadora para o lago onde patinhos nadam, um grande jardim e um espaço amplo. Os pedidos são feitos através de QR code na mesa, o que achei conveniente. Em um dia não muito movimentado, nosso pedido demorou cerca de 15 minutos para ser entregue. Apesar da espera, a atmosfera do local compensou.

O atendimento foi bom, mas não foi excelente, apenas dois garçons não foi o suficiente para a demanda de clientes, nos entregou a bandeja sem dar muita atenção, ou se quer um boa tarde, mas ao entrarmos fomos bem recepcionados .
