If you're lucky, their beautuful daughters and wife eventually play the hostesses too! Is one of the most beautiful, best planned, well constructed, equipped and managed pizza's house I've ever knew, around half the world. Péssimo atendimento!!! Falta de Organização!!! Poucos funcionários!!! Sistema Falho!!!

Chegamos as 20:30 e nos juntamos a um grupo que já estava no local do lado de fora do restaurante, nós mesmos juntamos as mesas pois nenhum funcionário estava disponível, após alguns minutos conseguimos chamar a atenção de um funcionário para fazer o pedido de bebidas, esperávamos mais alguns amigos chegar para fazer o pedido da pizza. Quando chegaram, pedimos mais uma rodada de bebidas e o cardápio para escolher a pizza, vimos outras mesas sendo atendidas mais rapidamente, os garçons passavam sem olhar nas mesas, evitando contato visual, pedimos mais de uma vez pelo cardápio e para sermos atendidos, algumas outras mesas desistiram antes por falta de atendimento, resolvemos pedir lá dentro, fui até um funcionário e fiz o pedido da pizza pelo cardápio que acessamos pelo celular, pois ninguém nos forneceu um. Aguardamos mais um tempo e nada, as mesas de dentro sendo atendidas, e nós aguardamos. após 2 horas no estabelecimento, resolvemos verificar os pedidos anotados da mesa, a pizza não havia sido sequer anotada, quando contamos os valores ainda havia divergência no calculo, mas não era possível conferir pois só haviam valores na nota e não os itens consumidos. O caixa estava uma bagunça de notas e pedidos, como poderia saber que estava cobrando certo?? além da falta de educação da atendente em explicar a situação e entender que fomos mal atendidos. Sem arrumar confusão, pagamos e saímos do estabelecimento para não voltar mais. Saímos as 22:30 sem nem saber o nome dos funcionários pois não fomos atendidos...

This place is really great. Lots of outdoor seating and the beers are served in chilled glasses. We got the pizza with "500" in the name and added garlic. I can't believe how good the stuffed crust was. Definitely get a pizza with the stuffed cheese crust!!

Our server was Dennis and he spoke Spanish which was helpful since we don't know much Portuguese....
