Kaufland Plovdiv - Trakiya, Tsarigradsko shose — Restaurant in Plovdiv

Misleading advertisement and missing products. The store is missing Items and products that ware supposedly on sale with the promotional flayers. The same item was present however, on regular pricing. This had happened 4 hours from the start and opening of the store, I asked the staff if the promotional ones is available, somehow on Monday 4 hours after the they opened doors. This item was magically out of stock. I had been experiencing this issue before, this was not the first time that happen and when I tried to reach the hotline, there was no interest towards the complaint, what the product was missing or which store was missing it, just an arrogant behaviour. Would not visit this store...

Just as I previously described, Kaufland is one of my favorite stores. You can rely on cheap prices for a fair quality.

You can take advantage especially if you are running a small business. Often you can buy merchandise from local sellers.

This store is a little bit different from others Kaufland stores. It is messy and not very clean. Most of the customers are coming from Stolipinovo and they really contribute to the mess in the store. Also in this store there is no self-check...
