The Balcony is a great place to go for dinner, drinks, and sunset views. It is located on an old house beside the river, and the balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery with drinks on hand. The food options are limited, but they are all great. The lasagna and burger are particularly yummy. Descent selection of Khmer food as well :) The hosts, Vutha, Kalyan, and Bobby, are awesome. They are friendly and welcoming, and they always go out of their way to make sure that their guests have a good time. Great place if in batterbang do not miss go for a beer staff and service is great the owner/manger always have time for you. Great food to. Good place to go for a drink at Tue weekends. Very mixed crowd. Mixed in age from teenagers to 60 year olds, mixed between local Khmer people and ex-pats. Good music. Prices are as low as you can get. The food is kinda basic but tasty.

The place is run by an English guy, Bobby whose a very decent chap, but he's on his own, so service can be a little slow.
