THE WORST STARBUCKS PLACE. i'm not trying to sound like a karen but i kid you not this starbucks branch has the worst customer service. i waited 30 mins for 3 drinks and a piece of cake. it would've took only 5-6 mins for it usually at a busy packed starbucks branch. the thing that's even more annoying is that when i went it wasn't even busy. i waited in line for 8 minutes and the line only had 2 people. i'm not even exaggerating. i waited for my drink for about 10 mins thinking maybe they're probably slow at making 3 drinks. so i went to ask when will my drinks be done, the girl that was working there told me it's almost done so i waited at the counter. i decided to ask again and they ignored me. i'm really not the type to complain so i didn't say ask anything else and waited. i saw the people who came before me got their drinks first. one person who came before me ordered what seemed like 10 drinks and they got THEIRS before me. the least they could've done was give me my cake but no. then finally another person came and asked me did i get my drink yet so i said no i didn't. so she made 3 of my drinks. the other workers ignored me when i asked. ruined my day. don't even bother to come...

When i go to any city in the world Starbucks cafes are the first places I visit I was looking forward to come to the starbucks in Cambodia here. this is a newly opened place.. it's been 2 months since it opened. here are incredibly beautiful and have wonderful staff all friendly sincere warm people coming here made me very happy meeting these people and drinking coffee,a perfect event when they ask something, they do whatever they can to help you with anything all the staff of starbucks are great but these teams are probably the best I congratulate Starbucks for finding such nice people starbucks olduğu mekanda inanılmaz güzel ve modern bir alışveriş merkezi they have a very beautiful and modern decor. Asked for two Americanos with milk. They came without milk? I asked for some of the coffee to be tipped away to allow enough milk to be added, but the batista just topped them up to the brim and then couldn't return them to me without spilling the hot coffee over her fingers. At the til I was told the bill was 45.000 riel. I was given 4.000 riel change? When I queried my change, I was told the bill was 45,059 riel?
