From the moment you step inside this restaurant you feel relaxed and peaceful. It was recommended to us by someone staying at our hotel so we decided to try.
It’s quite nice and we loved the atmosphere and the menus were beautifully designed and clear to understand. I tried to find a menu online and couldn’t so I also posted the menu as of January 2025 near the end of my photos. I took general photos of the restaurant, photos of the drinks and food and photos of the menu… in that order.
Upon first glance the restaurant looks very clean and hygienic. The employees were friendly and the chef came out to welcome us.
I went to the bathroom, which is a western style toilet and it was very clean and the sink had soap.
My husband had kapot green pepper with shrimp and a mojito and I had Luk Lak beef. We shared bananas flambé for dessert. I had a blue margarita. The presentation was spot on for any first class restaurant and the taste was superb. I am picky about my beef (from the US) and this Australian steak was cooked perfectly. My husbands dish was flavorful and incorporated in some of the special pepper Cambodia is known for. In fact, my dish came with jasmine rice and also included a pepper sauce.
If you are in Siem Reap and want a next level experience, stop in for a good meal. With cocktails and dessert and mains our bill was right around US $25

Read moreStick with me this will be lengthy. From walking through the entrance the experience was outstanding. We were greeted with the earnest welcome from the smiling staff. After being shown to our table we were waited on as if we were Royalty. Every single member of the team has the same excellent work ethic, they could not do enough for us. They were exceptionally attentive. The chef came out and ask if we would like any recommendations to which we appreciated as his knowledge and passion were unsurpassed. We had a starter each. Both dishes were enough to share between two. For our mains we had the local tenderloin and asked for medium rare. They were cooked to perfection, one with a mushroom sauce the other with a blue cheese sauce which may I say was divine. The vegetables were fresh and al dente, exactly to my liking. All through our meal again the attention of the team was amazing. The chef returned to check the meal was alright for us. Our desert was shared as we were at this point struggling to fit much more in. We finished off with Bailey's Comet, very moreish. During the meal we ordered 2 bottles of white wine which was of good quality. At the end of our meal the owner of the restaurant came over to thank us!!! We however could not thank her and her team enough and the fact that the owner was Khmer made us even happier knowing that the money we had just spend was going back to locals. I urge you to experience Le Flore. You will not be...
Read moreReally nice setting, perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner date! There’s a big menu with lots of choices for both Khmer and western food. I had the salmon steak which was fantastic and excellent value at only $8! A friend I went with had the Khmer curry and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and it’s a nice peaceful environment next to the river. There’s a good selection of cocktails, beer and wine at very reasonable prices! We will definitely go again. If you sit at the outside table there’s a large window which is cool to watch the chefs...
