Award winning Nutry! Or at least it should be. This place has actually figured how true Amritsari food should be made. In fact, I would venture to say that the Nutry and accompanying bread kulcha is even better than that which you can find on the streets of Amritsar. Although I am Indian, I have a very American palate since I was born and raised in the US and Deepak was so kind and attentive to make the nutry mild but tasty at the same time! A lot of Indian places lack that finesse. The Amritsari Kulcha is much more authentic than the kulcha’s that you can find anywhere else in North America! Make sure that you pack your picnic basket and head over to the kulcha hub as soon as you can since it’s take out only for now and be sure to order the nutry kulcha and the Amritsari kulcha. One of the best place to each amristsari kulcha and also their nutri kulcha is better than any place in abbotsford atleast. This was my first time trying. 3 stars for kulcha only. Kulcha is authentic Amritsari taste but cholle was just boiled chickpeas with water. There was no proper tadka in channa. I am disappointed bcz of that. I would only try again if owners decides to increase the quality of channa tadka bcz it supposed to be thick.
