Update: made a reservation this evening for a table of 8 for a 30th birthday - it went wonderfully. The front staff knew the man of the hour had no idea it would be more than just him and I. He was beyond shocked. Drinks came quick, food came quick and simply perfect. Bday boy ordered a rack of the ribs and some wings. I ordered the 12oz prime rib steak Med rare with the crispy mash and added a lobster tail. The steak was perfect and had a wonderful marble. Lobster was delicious with the butter and whole garlic gloves on the side. The crispy mash wasn't really for me. It was okay but felt like it needed more potato in the spring roll type of outing? I tried his wings and they were extremely crispy, juicy and full of flavor. The table had ordered nachos with I think every topping available and it was a hit with a massive amount. The table was quite happy with service (sorry no pic in update) Had a little date night here over the weekend and were seated quite quickly (arrived before dinner rush). Hostess and server were great. Server checked in and made sure we were all good. Food was super filling and the portion sizes were great. I ordered the French Onion soup to start then the Cajun seafood fettucine for my main. French Onion soup was full of flavor. Solid amount of cheese, Onion and croutons. Cajun Seafood Fettucine was a really good portion of pasta and seafood. Scallops and nugget sized salmon pieces (see photo of seafood lineup and sizes). It had a nice kick but wasn't overly spicy. Sauce was really creamy and flavorful!

we had a birthday party with 11 people, and they were able to accommodate us very nicely! when the dishes arrived however one of the girls passing the trays out (not our main server) came out pretty rude as she said the dishes were heavy to hold and she can’t wait for us to find the person who ordered it, so she just slammed it on the table and left. one of our friends can’t eat pork and unfortunately didn’t see that the blackened chicken sandwich had bacon on it, so when he got his plate and we started talking about it and tried to notify the servers, the servers didn’t say or do anything and left as well, so we had to wait for our main server to return to notify her and replace the sandwich. the chicken sandwich ended up not even tasting like a blackened chicken sandwich, it was just boiled chicken with cajun sauce on top. my new york sandwich however was very good, so i would recommend getting it. truffle fries was a miss on top of them being extra 4$ as an add on. our main server was super nice and kind!!! tldr: girls passing out the dishes weren’t helpful or kind, our main server was the best, blackened chicken sandwich isnt blackened but just boiled chicken, and ny steak sandwich is recommended! they also dont manually add gratuity tip for groups of people, but we tipped our server nonetheless!

Attended a brainstorming session with one of my authors and was disappointed to have staff ask him not to smoke his pipe on the patio but the patrons behind us were allowed to toke up on a joint three times behind us. The food was great, but the service was terrible. In addition the Sunday special of choose any special included an excerpt that said premium some brand highballs 499. I saw a premium highballs and went with crown and Ginger. I was then told after the bill came that the premium highball that they were offering was a specific brand, I was supposed to know that, and that it is a low end of their premium alcohol. The word premium is so deceiving here and premium isn't premium if it's not premium. You don't get what you pay for. 1899 for 12 wings and four pieces of celery and another arm and leg for 4 oz of spinach and artichoke with mostly cheese. Very disappointed. Private party lockdown the whole patio, the reason I usually go, and incidentally the reason I brought my out of town guests to show where I like to go to eat. Disappointing but the food was good and she loved the nachos.

We were late for our reservation on a saturday night but thank goodness they were able to seat us... it was Pretty loud for conversation (people and music) but we were seated upstairs, so that may have had something to do with it... its almost more of a club feel. They can accomodate very large reservations (there was a party of 57 filing in as we were leaving.) Wait staff was very friendly and happy 😊 was a very positive vibe for sure xoxo cool mashup of decor (red backlit, very modern looking bar .... antler chandeliers) Food was amazing. Portion sizes were Large - neither of us could finish our meals. Its definetly on the higher end of the casual dining experience. I only took off one star because of how loud it was in there ... we really could hardly keep a conversation going - and you dont nessecarily expect that just by looking at the building.

Wonderful little steak n lobster place right off the highway. Wish I took photos before eating but i was starving. Fancy/casual kinda atmosphere. Sat at the bar alone service was attentive and personable. Ordered their steak and lobster dish with a side of crispy potatoes. The crispy potatoes are definitely different. Lobster was lovely and steak cooked as requested. Good size portions. Lots of mushrooms and peppers with a few asparagus shoots to go with it. Plus a piece of garlic bread. Oh boy let me tell you. This hit the spot! I also ordered 2 single peach Bellinis and those were great as expected. I'm glad I checked reviews for steak places in Abbotsford cause this place had the highest rating and it did not disappoint. 100% recommend. 2 bellinis Steak and lobster Came to just under $80 without tip.

We appreciated being seated relatively quickly. Our waitress Shawna barely came to our table. We were a table of 5 and 4 meals came and 1 did not ...mine. My party ate 3/4's of their meal (about 20 minutes) before mine finally arrived. Lobster mac n cheese...Needless to say, I assumed she'd give us a discount, or my meal should have been on the house. I'm not happy at all. To add insult to injury, she became all chatty when my husband went to pay our bill. I hope you realize how fake you come across, and we likely won't return. Beyond that, my mac n cheese was over cooked, the parmesan fries were drenched in grease for another 1 of our orders, but another side plate of it was fine. I hope Lou's can discuss such attitudes with their waitresses going forward. Ms Fancy Google Reviewer 5 million + picture views
