The name says it all— Abbotsford’s #1 Amazing broth- couldn’t get enough- would’ve drank the whole bowl if my pants would’ve let me- you know I’m enjoying the pho when I pick up the whole bowl to my face. Portions are great, would however say the rare beef slices are a bit on the smaller side. Noodles were a perfect texture Their pork chops are very nicely seasoned, it’s not overwhelmingly oriental or overpowering- layers of flavour I like their spring rolls, they’re long and a bit thinner than most other places but I liked that because it makes it easier to eat. Such fast service, everything you need is on the table. The place fills up very quickly, we had five other tables come in while we were dining in and the owner(?) had everything under control. One more thing I almost forgot- they use very fresh ingredients— unlike ALOT of pho restaurant that serve soggy sprouts and brown basil— only serve their freshest - not a spot on the basil, crisp bright sprouts, bright green limes. I really like this place and am glad I’ve found a great place in Abbotsford.
