Pho Abbotsford #1 — Restaurant in Abbotsford

The name says it all— Abbotsford’s #1 Amazing broth- couldn’t get enough- would’ve drank the whole bowl if my pants would’ve let me- you know I’m enjoying the pho when I pick up the whole bowl to my face. Portions are great, would however say the rare beef slices are a bit on the smaller side. Noodles were a perfect texture Their pork chops are very nicely seasoned, it’s not overwhelmingly oriental or overpowering- layers of flavour I like their spring rolls, they’re long and a bit thinner than most other places but I liked that because it makes it easier to eat. Such fast service, everything you need is on the table. The place fills up very quickly, we had five other tables come in while we were dining in and the owner(?) had everything under control. One more thing I almost forgot- they use very fresh ingredients— unlike ALOT of pho restaurant that serve soggy sprouts and brown basil— only serve their freshest - not a spot on the basil, crisp bright sprouts, bright green limes. I really like this place and am glad I’ve found a great place...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This pho restaurant is an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was disgusted by the dirty, sticky utensils and serveware — clearly never cleaned properly. The whole place felt unhygienic and neglected, which made me question how they even manage to stay in business. The service was worse than terrible. The staff were not only unhelpful but seemed like they couldn’t care less about their customers.

And the food? It was honestly appalling. The noodles were mushy and overcooked to the point of falling apart. The beef and pork tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours — dry, flavorless, and completely inedible. The vegetables were wilted and stale, like they hadn’t been replaced in days. Nothing about the meal was even remotely enjoyable. I’ve had better pho from a frozen dinner.

This place is a disgrace to pho. Do yourself a favor and skip it — there are plenty of other options that won’t leave you questioning your...

A week and half ago my wife and I went there to give it another try, as our favourite Pho restaurant was closed . My wives pho was the wrong one and the chicken wings were raw. We sent the wings back. They re-deep fried the wings and brought them back to us. I know they were the exact ones as I had butterflied my piece to see how raw it was and my wife had a bite out of her piece. You could see the 2 pieces on the plate they brought back to us. We were disgusted by this and sent them back. We then cancelled the wing order. They then brought them to the table behind us ( we could tell by the shape of the ones we bit into and butterflied ) We refused to pay for the wings and my wife’s bowl of Pho. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable as a place serving people. Although times are tough for restaurants at this time it is not acceptable for them to do this to hard working people!!!
