I have been mobile ordering from this location for the past almost 2 years in a row everyday even twice sometimes. But recently, their service went really down. They mess up my drink so often now. I literally have pictures of drinks from past month and you can see the difference in the normal drink and the messed up one. They started putting way too much milk making it taste so sweet. And sometimes less ice that melts right after i get my drink. The taste has really went down. I ordered from the other location and they made it perfectly the first time. Despite coming to this location for a long period of time, the service has just kept getting worse. Now when we ask them to remake the drink, they always get frustrated like why we are trying to get a remake. If I am paying for this drink everyday, I expect them to be professional with it but their new staff gets so frustrated. Even the new manager Leah told us that why are we getting remakes so often now and we shouldn’t be getting it this often. If the drink would be good in the first place, why would we come back for a remake. We never kept the incorrect drink either, we always give it back. I don’t understand what the problem is. Read moreI'm a regular at this Starbucks on my way to work every Tuesday. My order is pricier since I can't have dairy and ask for a milk alternative. Due to health reasons I ask for only 1 pump of coffee flavours so there's less sugar. More than once they've given me more than 1 pump since my drink is so sugary. Just after a few sips I have to throw it away. Once they gave me regular milk. I noticed after a few sips - even after throwing it away I was sick at work which made it hard with having to see clients. Each coffee costs $6-7 Dollars and I've had to throw away at least 4 of my orders, since I'm at work and can't go back. I usually go through the drive-thru so I went inside. I POLITELY told the barista about my past orders and how a lot of my money was spent buying drinks I couldn't drink and how I got sick. The staff is always so friendly and polite...she didn't say "sorry" for the past mistakes...she didn't even try to make things right by offering me a free drink for all the money I wasted since they didn't get my order right. She made my drink the way I wanted, but the lack of customer service has me going to a different, better location...
Read moreThis used to be my absolute favourite Starbucks location, but today completely ruined it for me. The staff is normally very kind, but the usual team wasn’t working and every person I dealt with today was extremely rude. I can usually overlook one bad interaction since one staff member shouldn’t ruin the whole experience, but this time every single one of them was dismissive and unpleasant.
I normally go through the drive-thru to avoid issues, but today I went inside. I was met with grumpy faces, poor attitude, and even noticed staff sitting on the floor instead of carrying themselves professionally. My drink was also overly sweet compared to the many times I’ve ordered it before, which was really disappointing because this location has always had the best-tasting drinks in Abbotsford.
What made it worse was that after our drinks were ready, our names were never called—we had to go up and figure it out ourselves. Strangely, when other customers came in, their names were called. That felt unfair and unprofessional.
