We've ordered a prefect pizza again! Directly through their website. Fast delivery times, delivery driver was super nice!
First I'll start with the butter chicken pizza, very tasty but nothing blowing you out of the water(next time we will opt for extra sauce. )
Now for the donair pizza! Would love to critique this pizza from the crust all the way to the small chopped up peppers, but I can't. Pizza was fantastic! I will be upset if we order from there and don't get this pizza. It Change my rating from a 4 star to a 5 🌟! Can't wait for left overs.
So ordered on uber eats! It was awkward to order so when I selected the pizza I hit donair and double round pizza which was supposed to come with 4 cans of coke. It then asked us about toppings so I selected 5 toppings but in the notes I asked for 1 pepperoni pizza and one donair.
Pizza arrived earlier then we thought, and after a big day of riding we were starving! Turns out the pop had been forgotten, uber driver said it wasn't on her receipt or else she would have gotten it. She was super friendly and told me to contact uber.
I checked the pizza finally and ready to eat and there was 2 pepperoni pizzas! So I called a perfect pizza, who just happen to be the friendliest person I've ever talked to that works at a restaurant! She let me know that there is issues between them and uber and that they have their own delivery drivers and take cash credit and debit at the door.
She made it right! We got our pop, donair pizza, and now 2 pepperoni pizzas! The sauce for the pepperoni pizza is delicious and each one of the pizza crusts were cooked perfectly. For a cheap pizza this is well worth the time and money to check out! it was damn tasty! Will be ordering from them directly and now that restrictions are being lifted I hope to visit...
Read moreWow... Just ordered Lasagna and Samosa from this place & IT WAS SO DELICIOUS.. The samosas were THE BEST I have ever tasted, and the lasagna was so tasty, and the garlic toast is YUMMY . It is too bad I then had to go back and lower my rating, after having a VERY negative interaction with the gal who answers the phone. AS promised we ordered again, same thing, through Skip the Dish. But in the notes I asked for an extra piece of garlic toast as with such a LARGE order of lasagna it seemed one small piece for 2 people seemed small & the Skip the Dish menu online, there is no option to order garlic toast. Now like most restaurants, I figured ok either they will not send any, or maybe they will be grateful that we love their food and send one, OR at the VERY least, pick up a phone and say " hey we can add more garlic toast but it will cost X dollars. Well i got none of the above, what I received was the delivery guy showing up with my food, and a debit machine asking me to pay almost 3.00 for a small piece of garlic toast. $3.00 for a PIECE of toast. I refused it and called the restaurant, and was met with the accusation of trying to get food for free. Um it was a piece of toast, that IS NOT LISTED on your menu on Skip the dish or i would NEVER have asked. She snapped my head off so i told her I would be letting skip the dish know and I would let all my friends know. Its unfortunate but you cant speak to ppl like that and you certainly cant charge someone $3.00 for a single piece of toast. Look at your competitors. You can get 8 pieces of garlic bread for $6.00 why would anyone pay...
Read moreIn order to be fair, I have to say that I haven't tried their pizza. But as they advertise themselves as both pizza and east indian food... I'm severely disappointed. We ordered through skip the dishes, delivery came right at the very end of the delivery window and an item was missing from our order. Called and they quickly offered to send the missing item out. It arrived 30 min later. Then we opened the dishes we had received and that's when the unhappiness seriously set in. We ordered chicken tikka, chole bhature, veg samosas, malai kofta, dal makhni, naan and paneer butter masala. The samosas, naan and malai kofta were okay. Nothing spectacular but okay. The chicken tikka was inedible - I've got no idea what you do to chicken to change the texture like this but it certainly doesn't 'feel' like chicken. The chole was okay - a bit runny but okay taste, but the bhature had no taste except frying oil. The worst, though, was the dal. I actually questioned if they had sent yellow dal instead of mahkni because of the colour. It was brownish yellow and quite thin looking. I was assured it was indeed dal mahkni. Every dal mahkni I've ever had - both in Canada and in India - has been a rich, creamy reddish colour. So we tried it. It was runny and had no taste outside of watery heat. Completely inedible and disgusting. Can't comment on the paneer, as it was the dish that arrived late and we haven't tried it yet. I can guarantee we won't be...
