We placed an order today Jan 1 2017 at 4:56. She took our information and she said we would have our meal in 40 minutes to an hour. An hour later we called back asking where our order was and she said the credit information was wrong- we confirmed it twice on the initial call. She said ok it was on its way during the second call at 6:01. 6:22 we called back again. Still no food it hadn't even left the restaurant. She was insistent that she called us and it went straight to voicemail. Untrue my husbands doesn't have voicemail it just keeps ringing. 4th phone call 6:23 to confirm that our food is on the way and to ask to speak with a manager. It still hasn't left- credit card was charged. A manager was suppose to call no call yet. Very poor customer service for being such a small chain you would think they would want to keep customers happy by at least telling the truth. Read moreRecently ordered thru Doordash. The menu was unclear about 2 for 1 specials and so we didn't receive 1 of the sandwiches we were expecting. We also bought a 4 pack of pop & the menu indicates that it is 4 BOTTLES of pop. Instead, we received 4 CANS and were charged the price of the 4 bottles. Of course, when I called to speak to them, they have 100 excuses why it's all my fault and didn't do anything to make it right, like delivering the missing sandwich to me. Now one of us is without a meal and if I want to reorder, I have to pay all the fees AGAIN. That's just a rip off. I don't care if it's a Doordash order, that's no excuse for not making things right, in a way that means I'm not paying double the fees for the items YOU messed up. I entered this location for the first time and was very surprised with there customer service.. the gentleman at the front counter welcomed me as did the smiling face from the kitchen as she waved.. the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful.. he save me a few dollars when he suggested that I should order a family pack instead of the way I was ordering.. most people wouldn't of bothered to explain but he did.. It's nice to see a location care about the people they serve
The location it self was very clean as well as there restrooms.. That are also handicap friendly
