Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Airdrie

I placed an order right now, it was pizza and curly fries with sauces. The pizza has so much sauce that we can all taste is sauce, they put very light cheese on the pizza as well. I called right away and ask for credit, the CSR Vijay declined to give us credit and said to send replacement. I don’t wanted replacement as I came from work and was really hungry and can’t wait another 30/40 minutes. They said it could me longer than 40 minutes too depending on availability of driver. When I said to give me credit for next time, they offer me $11 credit. My order was $32.97 and I don’t wanted the full credit but I asked to give me credit of large pizza at least, they denied and hung up on me.

If you can give me a credit of my large pizza I will really appreciate it or else I can take my business...

It’s a long post. Sorry. I ordered from skip the dishes. Says the order was confirmed and was being worked on. It was mentioned in the app that the restaurant handles their own delivery. Skip notify’s me my order was delivered. I have a doorbell camera. Nothing shows up. I call the number on google search for Pizza 73. They are not helpful at all. I was nearly ready to request a refund and order something else from elsewhere. Instead I decided to drive to the location. She states she has no order for my address. She writes my order down. Comps my order and apologizes. Nice as pie and I’m glad she was able to help me. I requested a refund from skip. And from now on will skip, skip. And use the app or pickup in person. Food was as always good and will always be my go to...

Getting very disappointed at Pizza 73. I've been coming to this location since I moved to Airdrie in 2019. The past 2 years their prices have been going up like crazy. Still, the quality is EXACTLY the same as 2019. I never expected premium pizza from them when they had cheap prices, but now that they are charging premium prices, the quality for the pizza is no longer worthy. Everyone nowadays like to claim "inflation". Well, the reason there is inflation is because greedy companies like this one are creating it to make more money. Just another restaurant chain to remove from my list and to cook and eat my own food...
