Went to this location last night , absolutely terrible customer service, after handing a bill to the storefront clerk and asked her to drop the change in the donation bin (very good cause and will always donate) I was talked very rudely about my mannerism towards the storefront clerk due to the “way I handed her my money”? Because I set the money on the counter instead of waiting for her to take my money.? Seems like something most people would do if they aren’t expecting change back and asking for it to be put in the donation box ?? Not sure why I should be talked down on by an employee of this company. Pretty disappointing considering I go to Tim hortons for buisness meetings and spending plenty of money here and bringing in business, as far as I’m concerned I may have to stop coming to Tim hortons if this is how I will be treated.
Next Order of business, the employee’s working tonight, (4 to be seen) Seen me, looked me in the eyes, while having an emloyee sitting on the counter where food is prepared.. very disgusting and unprofessional.
And yet, I still have something else to complain about, I bought a box of timbits from the lady whom was very rude and unprofessional to me at storefront. Took a very very long time to grab me a small box of timbits which I found odd, and then when I get to open the box of timbits to find they are all hard and stale, absolutely disgusting and horrible experience ,
Can not believe the terrible things at this location. Would have no problem talking to someone higher up because nobody should feel talked down to and disrespected and have an employee call you out for asking to donate money to a good cause,

Read moreThe people working here are a mess. Especially the older lady who is usually working in the drive thru. She always is acting like there is a huge rush and that there’s 20 people in the drive thru to the point where she is throwing stuff out the window and rushing us even though there is only one car behind us or even no cars behind us. There’s absolutely no reason to be acting the way she does especially when it leads to getting orders completely wrong. Today I ordered an iced chai latte which was repeated to me and was properly put down on the screen, and they handed me an iced coffee with no sugar? If they weren’t running around and being rushed by this older lady at the window for absolutely no reason at all, than maybe they could have read my order right (the one and only thing I ordered) and given me what i’ve paid for so that I can enjoy going to work at 6am a little more. While we were rushed to leave and take our food/drinks, I had no time to realize it was a coffee (which I don’t drink). If you are deciding to go here, either don’t take the drive thru, or prepare to be rushed as if its the most famous fast food area in America, or to not even be able to check your order before driving off because you are clearly wasting these people’s time or something 🤦🏻♀️...
Read moreWe visited your store a few minutes ago and were served by a staff member named Kat, who was extremely rude in her manner. She clearly needs proper training on how to interact with customers, as she lacks basic customer service skills. Honestly, it makes me question why someone with such an attitude is working in this position. I wouldn’t be surprised if other customers have also experienced her rudeness.
I understand that the espresso foam I requested wasn’t available for my drink, and that’s fine. What upset me was how she said it. Instead of politely explaining, she abruptly asked, “Do you want this??” in a tone that felt dismissive. I still said it was fine.
Later, I asked about my sandwich because it wasn’t handed to me. Kat’s response was, “It’s right there!” — again, in a tone that came across as if I was being stupid for even asking. The point is, I wouldn’t have asked if the sandwich had been given to me properly in the first place.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant. Customers deserve respect and courtesy, no matter how busy or stressed staff may be. I strongly suggest that Kat receives additional training on professionalism and customer service, as no one should feel belittled when simply ordering...
