This location leaves a great deal to be desired. Itâs in an old building, with no drive through, no handicap parking and it isnât clean. The door was dirty, and difficult to open. It doesnât fit correctly, so it binds, when opening the door, and itâs heavy. Iâm older, with a handicap, so I found it difficult to access the building.
My father is 96. He loves KFC, and asked me to bring him 2 wings, and a rib to eat later. He has dementia, and is in a facility. He has been losing weight, and struggles to swallow, so I was VERY SPECIFIC about the pieces I needed. I told the cashier it was for an elderly man in a facility, and was assured they could give me the pieces I asked for. My father was VERY agitated when he opened the box, and found 2 ribs, and a breast. He has difficulty swallowing, so he canât swallow the breast meat. He likes wings, because they are easy to hold onto, and eat. Iâm angry that the cashier didnât care enough, to give me what I ordered. I explained to her they were for an elderly man. If she had no intention of giving me the pieces I asked and paid for, she should have told me she couldnât give them to me. I also ordered a small fry and gravy. The gravy was runny. My father likes to dip his fries in gravy, but it was too runny, and he dripped it all over himself.
I wouldnât recommend this location. Thereâs a new location opening soon, by Walmart. Hopefully it will be cleaner, and the staff will care more about providing the food that is ordered. I donât understand why KFC would open a franchise in a building thatâs in such poor condition, and has terrible handicap...
   Read moreI had a terrible customer service experience at this KFC. I asked for a receipt when I paid, but the staff member said Iâd get it with the food. When I finally got the receipt, it was printed so poorly that key numbers were missing. I politely asked for a clear copy since I need it for personal claims, but the staff member was rude, dismissive, and started yelling at me instead of helping.
I suggested printing from the other POS machine, but she refused, saying they donât use it. Even when I asked if she could simply write the missing numbers, she ignored me and kept repeating that âthis is how our receipts print.â The situation only improved when someone from the kitchen came out and finally helped me.
No apology was offered, and the overall attitude from the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. If your printer doesnât work properly, thatâs not the customerâs fault â and treating customers with disrespect is never okay.

   Read moreI have been a customer at this location ever and it usually a take out so you are picking it up to take some where to eat it so you expect fo every thing you order to be in there and not every one can return to the store if they don't do there job witch has happened to me I guess I should of checked the order but I am not getting paid to do there job . It was not he cashier mistake it was the people working in the back putting the orders together this is ridiculous and a rip off to customer who just wants a meal.
