5 Star: May 15th. Thank you Bhavini and other staff at Ajax location for always being so polite. Red sunrise is thoroughly juiced. And Dragon Fruit smoothie is super refreshing

2 Star: April 29th 2025: 2:15 pm: Changing my previous 5 star review to 2 stars. Why are the uber delivery orders not sealed in a paper bag today? I always order from you, cause I have a peace of mind that your location properly seals the packaging with additional bag. Secondly for past red sunrise orders lately, your juicing machine haa not been crushing the ingredients properly, leaving big chunks in the juice, making it a choking hazard. I lovvvve this location, and I hope the packaging especially from next time is really paid special attention to. Thank you

Nov 2024 5 Stars: Hygienic & Super Clean location. Juices & Smoothies are prepared with the utmost sanitary protocols. I love how employees here are pleasant and also knowledgeable about current deals. Bhavini & Prika informed me about the Booster Juice App, and how one can earn points to save on future purchases. A big thank you to them!! I loved their pleasantness and how well they have this location maintained. The juices tasted great, with perfect balance.

LOVE Booster Juice but this location has really gone down hill. It’s the location nearest to us, so we come here often, but the fast few times has been horrible for different reasons. The smoothies taste different, always takes SO long, the employees seem cheap and don’t seem to care for any of their customers. I got the same smoothie at Union Station and the one I’m drinking now is very different. AND it wasn’t filled anywhere near all the way up. I’m thinking it’s missing an entire ingredient. Another time there was one only one employee working and he simply could not get the two people ahead of me served and out. He seemed to be prepping juices, not even able to serve the customer in front? The second person in line said he was waiting forever and eventually gave up. Eventually we did too. It’s really a bummer because I love the products booster juice has, but this location does not live up to their standards, unfortunately. I really hope they make...

This is my usual Booster Juice spot because I live nearby. This is the first time I’ve ever had such terrible service here and I’m pretty sure it’s because I went on Christmas Eve, but well within operating hours. The man who served me was condescending, rude, and obviously irritated that he was working. He cut me off while I was ordering and deliberately under-filled both of my smoothies. Hey Booster Juice, if you can’t hire employees that are professional enough to be polite during the holiday season: don’t make them work and don’t open your doors. I was the only person in there and he treated me like a nuisance. He didn’t make eye contact with me a single time but he sure did roll his eyes at me. I’m never coming back to this...
