Always a pleasant experience with staff 👌🏽....this location is by far the best ...we sometimes go out of our way to come to this location.

Also, we've been asking for trente ice waters without ordering anything else with it and they still treat us like a million bucks. I've been craving ice waters 🤰🏽 for the past 7 months and will probably still crave it for another 2 months and our freezer doesn't make ice fast enough.

We have been denied ice water at other locations, even after explaining to them ⬆️...we contacted head office to see what their policy was because no one seemed to know Starbuck's policy about giving away ice water...there is no policy...head office apologized heavily....however we won't be returning to the other locations as the staff seemed to be on some power trip...as they deny a cup of ice water to a pregnant lady even though its not part of their policy...

Heads up: I recommend going to this location through their drive thru or during the evening. It's a nice location and wait times are pretty solid. The closers at this location are the GOAT's I've never had a single bad experience with them and I usually order a lot when I visit. The drive-thru staff are sweet as well. I'm giving 3 stars since the morning staff today were pretty low energy and looked fed up. I understand the morning rush can be exhausting but, it didn't look too busy when I ordered. The cashier asked if I wanted anything else and didn't wait for me to answer? So, I felt bad and just proceeded to pay. The barista who handed off my final drink didn't call out my name. I ordered a frap and it didn't come with whip cream which, I find odd because I wasn't asked if I wanted whip or not? Which, they usually do. Also, one of the staff were using their phone?? It was the small things that gave me a negative experience this morning. Usually this location is on point so, I'm not sure if it's just the morning staff or today...
