Best chicken biryani in GTA period. Wraps are great although the establishment tends to squeeze way too much spicy mayo on each wrap; I have to tell them to go easy with that as it makes each bite taste too greasy.
The food is excellent and the staff are nice.
My only issue is they are so damn busy all the time. Phone calls to order ahead don't get answered sometimes and when you go in there are times when all the biryani is sold out!
It's clear, business is good with these folks. I hope and wish they will expand operations - while controlling for quality - with an expanded kitchen staff who can produce enough food to keep up with the demand.
I had to go to Lahori next door and it was a grave disappointment.
They need a more efficient and effective process for them to follow so they can make more profit and I can eat my food at this place with having extended wait times or missing out b/c someone bought out all the biryani.
They need a better intake process: 1) the in-person order process can be improved by having a committed order taker/cashier/phone answering person who doesn't touch the food (for hygiene & efficiency); 2) too many phone calls are overwhelming the lines - they need more than one line; 3) online orders should also be utilized to maximize orders (if phone calls are not getting through) and to serve to relieve the flood of phone calls + prepayment online for contactless payment (this would alleviate the line up to pay - just pick up and go so you can serve next person).

I don’t mind the long wait, I understand the human/budget limitations and small space/high demand factor.
I do however mind the rudeness of the staff. It’s probably not intentional and they are probably good people. But working with headphones in (likely listening to something positive) and ignoring customers is not the way.
I regularly wait outside your store to get good food and leave feeling annoyed at the poor customer service vowing to never come back.
I.e: Last time I was there I told the person making my roll (long beard + headphones) to please skip the onions in my roll. He continued preparing the 6 rolls in front of him as if he didn’t hear me. I was confused as I didn’t know whether one of those rolls were mine or not and whether he heard me or not. I repeated the simple request standing 3 feet from him “brother please skip onions for me”.... he didn’t look up to make eye contact or reply with a simple “alright” and continued his work as if I wasn’t facing him speaking from 3 feet away. I found myself shaking my head and dropping the request thinking whatever I guess I’ll have onions. When I got the order mine didn’t have onions. Which proves he heard me and listened to me. But didn’t have the common courtesy to acknowledge my request. Something like this has happened almost every time I’m there.
That’s not how you treat customers who wait in long lines to place orders. Heck that’s not even how you treat strangers asking for change outside Tims.

The biryani had flavor but very disappointed in NO available options for this dish such as boneless or heat levels.
The chicken was under cooked and rubbery with no flavor (couldn't eat the whole thing due to it being quite under cooked)
Absolutely NO heat and a tad oily at the bottom.
Beware folks who read this that there is nuts or seeds buried in the dish, breaking your teeth is a guarantee 💯
The dish is PREMADE and kept in a heated device for lord knows how long, unlike most if not all restaurants always make it fresh in front of you and give so many options during the making of your dish.
It's really unfortunate that this place has made it to my list of places to avoid in Durham Region.
If you follow my reviews as you can see I am in the top 5% of restaurant reviewers and because of some of my reviews I was able to close down some places due to bad food or lack of cleanliness or great customer service.
This review only outlines a few thing's regarding the food, I didn't touch on cleanliness or customer service.
During my visits I look for a multitude of different thing's and do so quickly and without prejudice and a very open mind.
I do highly doubt the restaurant will contact me directly regarding the outlined issue's in the statement.
