CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice — Restaurant in Ajax

So I have a problem with this location. Don’t get me wrong, and I love CoCo Milk tea in general; I don’t like this location in Ajax. My wife orders her drink with two extra sugars, since she’s a sweet tooth. We have had her drink in many coco locations in Mississauga, Hamilton, Markam, Scarborough and this location in Ajax. So the order consists of coco Milk tea, with two extra sugars. Last week we go to this location and ordered the drink, the dude who makes the orders tells the girl at the counter to tell us that this location doesn’t add extra sugars. In my opinion, that is bogus and just being pure lazy. So if you are a sweet tooth and want a customized drink with excess sugar, please explore another location and avoid this place.

However, CoCo, in General, makes excellent drinks and I highly recommend it whole heartedly, just avoid this location for the Reasons...

I’m only giving this place 1 star because my mother is obsessed with her Mango Yakult. However, more than once I came into CoCo and they always made me wait at the cashier. I always order for pick up on Uber Eats and I don’t know if there’s a sign on the door but the gentleman at the cash register told me to step to the side if I was picking up. First, how would I know that? And if he had greeted me professionally and hadn’t made me wait over 5 MINUTES, I would’ve picked up my order quicker instead of me waiting. I’m an assertive person but when I walk into a business, I can respect that their busy but I should never wait as long as 5 MINUTES. Especially since there was only a few customers in the store. I always order here just because we love the flavors, yet there are several times i got served with a bad customer service I still don't mind coz I like it. But my concern is You have the app or the online ordering yet why is the pick up options only limited for immediate pick-up? Why did I get suggested to use uber eats for a later time pick-up? I don't want to pay extra money to another third party company if it's only a pick up. If I would like it to be delivered, I don't mind. WHY is this though?
