Ghost Kitchens — Restaurant in Ajax

There is service and then there’s customer service. I got neither.

I Went in to pick up my order early morning. Lady at the counter was rude. No greeting. “What’s your order” lady walked away while I was looking for the order number on Uber Eats. Next person walks in and rings the bell. She was actually greeted with an “Hello”. Lady then turns back to me with attitude for my order number. Have it to her, she comes back to me and says she doesn’t have that order number. I then told her it was a chicken salad. She asked what my name was and I told her. She checks again and then asks to see the order on my phone. Showed it to her she then goes and gets my order and practically plops it on the counter and says “here’s your order”, turns to the next lady to attend to her. No “sorry for the confusion or delay”, no “thank you” (as if!). Like me just BEING there was an issue to her. And it was my first time! And what’s worse is that I didn’t do anything wrong.

I left the store feeling aggravated the store feeling aggravated and mistreated. What’s worse is that I didn’t even want to eat the food anymore. I had to write this...

It's absolutely misleading that this place miraculously have 5 star ratings, must be from the ghost employees! I ordered a variety of food here, Quiznos Sub, Cinnabon and Lola's, all were stale and soggy.

The empanadas from Lola's had absolutely no taste, and was soggy, possibly from it being warmed up in a microwave.

The Quiznos Sub was not fresh, very disappointing. Not a good example from Quiznos given that they make quality subs.

Lastly! It's very, very, rare to come across a stale Cinnabon but this takes the cake. My fork would not even go through it. From the reviews previously written they stated that the cinnabons were fresh, I was not granted this luxury.

Would give 0 if possible for our SaladWorks order. Ignore all of the 5 star ratings - my opinion is they are false... look at the company logo placements in the pictures. We ordered through Door Dash several items (salads, drinks, wraps) and received 1 SINGLE SALAD. In speaking with our Dasher, he even questioned the restaurant, but was told to leave with what he was given. You can miss a single item - it happens to the best of us - but to screw up an order this bad is gross incompetence. Family of 4 sharing 1 salad - thanks SaladWorks, pathetic.
