Oriental Kitchen Chinese Food — Restaurant in Ajax

The place came highly recommended, but unfortunately was a disappointment.. Customer service was weak. Delivery wasn't an option as their driver wouldn't of been available for an hour and half after the order was placed. First place we've ordered from in Durham Region that didn't include rice (which is minute, but noticed). The food was average at best. Hot & Sour Soup was vinegary tasting. Disgusting & Disappointed I've been coming to this place for well over 20 years and I'm sorry to say they have been on a steady decline for years now. They are no longer serving fresh made to order food but re-heated garbage. You can tell by how stringy the chicken is and how hard the chicken wings are that the food is not fresh to order. I used to enjoy ordering Chinese Food from Oriental Kitchen. For the quality and price. My opinion changed about 30 minutes ago. I placed my order and informed them I would be paying by credit.and had to do so over the phone as my husband and I both have COVID and needed contactless delivery. I was informed they could not process my order this was. As if that wasnt bad enough they told me they were unable to deliver to my home due the fact we had COVID. Worst customer...
