I would like to share a service experience from this service establishment yesterday evening April 30, 2024. I am a 3rd party delivery personnel, so my main purpose of coming to this restaurant is to pick up our guest ordered products and deliver it to the recipient address.

I was delivering guests ordered products for more than 4 hrs already receiving guest order from this restaurant. Before going to this restaurant, I feel like peeing already. So when I get there after stating guests order name and code to be pick up, I politely asked the female counter personnel if I can use their washroom by saying “Hi there, can I please use your washroom, I can’t hold it anymore” she replied “washroom is closed already”. You know the feeling that you almost lay it because you can’t hold it anymore, then you realized that you need to hold it a bit longer. So I looked around the dining area, and seen plenty of guests still dining in. Then I made a second thought to the counter personnel by saying “you still have plenty of guests in the dining area, do you have available washroom for them to use?” Then she replied rudely by saying “YES! THE WASHROOM IS CLEANED ALREADY, DO YOU WANT COME SEE!!!

(So I realized that she don’t wanted me to use the washroom. I felt disconnected by her actions, just because I’m just a delivery personnel and didn’t buy any product from the restaurant, I can’t use the restaurant facility)

I didn’t respond to her, and just leave the restaurant.

After delivering their product to our guest. I went home to use washroom. When I checked my Account the restaurant personnel still have a gots to rate me the lowest score. And said I’m disrespectful and rude. As far as I recall I didn’t use any foul words. I use please when I asked for favor and only thing I believed that touched her ego is when I asked her if they have available washroom for their guest as they still have plenty of guest dining in.

So this is the whole picture after getting a delivery from this restaurant.

I was there to pick up and deliver their guest ordered product. They didn’t allowed me to use their washroom, even I can’t hold my pee anymore. The. Report and rate me the lowest score that affects my job and my reputation as a 3rd party delivery personnel.

Hope you consider the needs of your third party partner as well. I believed that you want achieved what you have at the moment without the help of the 3rd party delivery. Be considerable in the future. Please don’t be so roughy nor...

My children and I have been to this restaurant a few times and, of course, at the request of my children, and every time, the food was not bad but did not match the price. I have been in other Pho restaurants in the GTA for many years because I love Vietnamese cuisine, and every I went the price matched the amount of food served and, of course, the taste. This time, not to mention that the quality and quantity of the food were NOT good, what the owner tried to do was force the customer to pay the tip. She adds the tip amount as she pleases in your receipt, and if the customer doesn't notice, then the owner gets paid an additional $10 or $20 depending on the order. If the customer notices the unjustifiable amount, the owner becomes angry about why the customer does not want to pay the tip? and the owner insists that "this is the law, you must pay tip and tip is for workers, not me" lol. Although her argument of adjusting the price and defrauding the customer does not have any base in law or common sense, she is very firm in her belief that her workers' wages must be paid by way of tip, and customers must pay that. Please be careful and check your receipts item by item to not be over and unnecessarily charged. By the way, she banned me from going to her restaurant because I am a bad...
