Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ajax

I give this location 0 stars, the pizza does not taste like the usual tasty pizza hut standards or their quality. When we spoke to sam the women to explain the our bad expeeinc, she got aggressive, defensive and kept cutting my family member when he was trying to talk. It has consistently tasted horrible, consistently been of bad&poor quality. Tastesand feels like a cardboard box. She decided to say we picked it up 20 mins later but in the past even if we have picked up a bit later in other locatuions-the food is not stale, burnt and of bad quality. The last 2 years I have avoided this location as the quality was horrible, but one of my family members bought it without realizing how bad this location was. It was again made very poor. Thus, not just today but in the past even when I picked up in the store immediately had the dough tasting horribly.

I have sent feedback to the head office regarding the quality, the cleanliness, the horrific customer service.

This location gives pizza hut a very bad reputation. I feel sick to my stomach.

WORST SERVICE. I ordered at 6 32. It said it was to be delivered by 7 15 pm Come 7 30 I made a call inquiring where it was and was told driver was on the way 5 to 10 minutes. Fine- but then another 15 minutes later I made another call asking again where it was. I was then told it was on its way and will be another 5 to 10 minutes which I then told them that's what they said 15 minutes ago and asked if it'll even be hot still since it's been out for delivery for supposedly the last 30 minutes (we live a 6 minute drive away from the store) I was told no no it will be hot promised me. BY 8 PM IT FINALLY ARRIVES- COLD!! WNowe just got back from out of town this was supposed to be a quick dinner before bed and now instead I have a 4 year old gnawing on a cardboard-like crust of a cold pizza and gummy chicken bites that are over done. We had such an incredible experience at this Pizza Hut! The owner was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best dining experience possible. The service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, quick, and professional.

We ordered a large pizza and a medium pizza, and both were absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and everything came out hot and just the way we ordered. It was the perfect meal, not to mention how affordable it was! The value for the quality and portion sizes was unbeatable—great food at a great price.
