Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ajax

Im giving it a 3 because normally i do have a really good experience here. However today i feel like this goes for not only the store but for pizza pizza customer service as well. I ordered a pizza special and it was delivered on time. Really good on their part. I opened the bag to find the wrong drinks (and more drinks) and the wrong dipps (ones that would not apply to me as i ordered chicken bites and got a caramel sauce). Now this can either be on the store employees not organizing it correct. Or delivery person not paying attention. So i called and just asked for them to bring me the correct items (did i mention the stores 5 minutes away from my home). The lady told me it would be sent right away and 20 minutes goes by and nothing. So i call back and a new lady informs me my request was not put through! So she puts it in as i told her my food is cold i am very disappointed in this and she informs me the store will make a new batch of bites and bring the correct items. Well now 50 minuets goes by ! This 50 minutes was ln the store ! 40 minutes or less should still be your motto. After i waited an hour and 10 minutes for my correct order. So... word of advice...

We ordered a meat loves pizza, we expected crust, meat and cheese. Why is there a bunch of spices on the top of the pizza? This was not mentioned during the ordering process. This pizza is so dry, it was like it was meat, sauce and cheese on cardboard. In addition we ordered 20 non breaded wings. We got the wings they were go. However, they only give you one dipping sauce, I asked for a second and was told I had to buy the second dipping sauce. As you can see from my picture we ran out of dipping sauce 1/2 way through eating them. Perhaps, I shouldn’t of given them a tip and bought a second sauce. They are located next to the wing spot, do not waste your time getting wings here go next door where they give you sauces with your wings. Will never order anything from this chain again. Perhaps you should try pizzaville , Pizza Huts or even Domino’s pizza and see how fluffy...

First time going here. Got an xl pepperoni (halal) pizza .was debating if i should get xtra cheese .decided not to .pizza had plenty of cheese and was delicious .Will def be coming back to this location more. Best halal pepperoni pizza ive ever had but.......

THEN everytime i visitied after which was a few days later then a few days after that .I have had problems .i dont know who made the pizza the first time but i never got my pizza made that way again .now they make pizza with limited toppings sauce and cheese this is after paying amd requesting extra cheese and sauce! They r cheaping out on toppings and sauce to save money its obvious

I love this location has halal toppings but the cheapness on toppings will not make me come back..its a shame .wish they kept the consistency up with that first pizza i got. It...
