Ordered the Giant 28 piece w/5 toppings. Pepperoni, pineapple, mild sausage, green pepper , red SWEET peppers. Added mushrooms and extra cheese. Also added black olives on 3 pieces. Was told 15 min. Went back in after 30 min and my pizza was still on the counter. Owner was trying to open a can of pineapple in the back with a knife. He said sorry, 15 more min, put the pineapple on and very little cheese. I came back in after 20 min and he had just put it in the box. I take it out to my car, thinking the box looks small and check inside. He had put HOT yellow and orange peppers on the pizza and it was 24 pieces. I go back in and he says sorry I will remake and then he tells me he haa NO red sweet peppers. I said fine then bacon. OMG that took another 40 min. It was cut all cockeyed, had very little toppings on it. Cheese on only half. PLUS the mild sausage......there was only 15 pieces, not even enough for 1 piece per slice. I watched him cutting my pizza. He kept checking the diagram on the wall and still didn't cut it right. They are new owners and I get learning curves but this was down right disgusting. Around 8:25 PM, I ordered a Bigfoot Giant and was told it would take 25 minutes. I decided to wait in my car instead of staying inside. When I returned, the pizza wasn't ready, which wasn’t a big issue.
I didn’t check the pizza until I got home. It looked noticeably different from what I’m used to. Four of us took slices, but the cheese wasn’t right—it lacked that gooey texture. The sauce tasted stale, and none of us enjoyed the meal.
I’m hesitant to write this review. I considered going back to the store, but they’d likely be closed by the time I could get there.
After checking online, I found other recent reviews mentioning similar issues with the pizza. It’s disappointing, as this isn’t an isolated incident.

After arriving for a pickup order and some confusion, I realized I had ordered incorrectly. Knowing it was my error, I was about to head out accepting my mistake, when the employees jumped into action and did all they could to fix my mistake and send me off with what I had wanted, despite my error.
