The lady who serve the shawarma was not changing her gloves, she touched evertything and even touching things from the fridge then touch your food. I spoke to her why she is not changing her gloves, she don’t even understand and speak english properly. So I just pin point her gloves. She just smiled and continue to do the food order. There is someone who ordered first before me but the customer was not there and she continue to use the same gloves. Worse donair I have had. Meat was dry, overcooked and chewy. I asked for no sauce, he slathered the wrap with sauce and hummus. I told him specifically I couldn’t have hummus as can’t have chickpeas. He then tried to tell me it was almonds not chickpeas…either way he was not going to give me what I wanted or make a new one without sauce. Ordered the chicken shawarma platter. The shawarma meat was visibly crusty and old, as no-one had likely ordered for multiple hours. Everything tasted like reheated day-old leftovers. Certainly not worth any money, let alone $18. Service was also poor, as the server did not know his job, did not speak English, and the manager needed to walk him through everything in his own language.
