Crepe Delicious — Restaurant in Alberta

Chinook’s Crepe delicious is better, dont waste your time and money here —they’ve got terrible customer service and an even worse manager. I ordered two crepes that were so overcooked they were nearly impossible to eat. When I asked for a refund (first time as customer for 5 years), they were extremely reluctant, claiming they’ve never had a customer return anything before. They agreed to refund only one crepe, even though both were inedible. I suggested they at least remake the other one, but instead, the manager started yelling at me saying Im asking for too much. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Honestly their manager could use a therapy with that kind of attitude.

Been a long time customer here but I’ve always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Gave them too many chances but their food is always inconsistent. Fruits tastes off etc. It’s time I learn my lesson. I’ll never return to this...

HAIR IN THE ICECREAM? i had a couple bites before i saw a hair or string of some sort in my icecream. took it back and the worker wasn’t very apologetic, she didn’t even say sorry. asked for a refund but she said they don’t offer refunds? so weird and abnormal i don’t think ive ever been to a place that does not do refunds. anyways, the only option was to get another one or walk away with no refund or any kind of recompensation . i actually do not recommend this place to anyone the worker didn’t even say sorry!!! very unprofessional hope they can retrain...

10/10 a new favorite of mine!!! Everything was sweet and delicious, every flavor was shouting and made it worth the wait! Crepes were very fluffy, as expected, but it was the perfect fluff!! Not crunchy, nor at all tasteless. The packaging was something that made me gasp at how genius it was!!! All the staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed and allowed me to snap a few photos!!! If your looking for something filling and the perfect kinda sweetness then this is your spot!! Cause it's a top 10...
