Note: Everyone has different tastes, this is a review ONLY from my perspective and MY tastes. Your experience will be different from mine.
When driving past Busters last night, I seen they were finally open. Since I love pizza, I had to try. So, when leaving Olds, I stopped in and ordered 2-12" 2 toppers for what came to almost $25 - so its not cheap but not expensive either. One was pepperoni + green pepper, the other, ham + pineapple. Everyone was super friendly, place is clean . The boss there said they just opened on Friday. So, to the pizza (remember, this is for MY preference only), while i can't say its bad, I can't say its good. To me, the crust is WAY to light, its good thickness but just very... light. Like many other places, the crust should have been more done with some crunchiness. The cheese seems fine and acceptable even if light as well. The toppings is something that I must complain about, while they are there, they have no... impact. I tried the pep+g.pepper first and it was a slight let down. Could tell it was a lighter pepperoni pizza but hardly could takes ANY green pepper at all except for the very odd time. Next was the ham and pineapple. I can say it was the worst Hawaiian that I have ever had... was it bad? no, but just wasn't Hawaiian at all. No taste at all, tastes just like the pepp + g.pepper pizza.
To me, each pizza came out to $12.50 each, so it can't be compared to a $20 pizza. However, I will say that I drastically prefer even the frozen pizza from supermarkets. They have more taste, they have more weight, they have more substance and they are 1/3 the price as Busters. The pizzas that I had tasted like maybe what should be a $7 promo lossleader pizza just to get people in the door.
To wrap up, some will think its great, many with think "meh, just a pizza place", and others will not like it. Will you like it? Depends on your taste buds so the only thing you can do is try it. I HATE giving it a two stars since it seems like its negative, but it's ONLY negative to MY taste buds and what I like. I hope others like it better then I did. I will not be ordering again but I do wish them the best of luck.
Also note: that other reviewer (Nova Smith) that gave it 5 stars is fake, They left the review on Wednesday and Busters didn't even open...
Read moreMyself along with several other co-workers and friends are really struggling with the news that Busters Pizza has decided to discontinue serving Alfredo sauce.
A baked spaghetti/lasagna with alfredo sauce and donair meat has been the staple to plenty of get-togethers in and out of work, conversations and bonding.
There are many of us that are very distraught over this decision and have been trying to come up with alternative options and we just can't seem to.
No one makes it quite like you guys. I'm not too sure what made you guys decide to get rid of the alfredo sauce but I believe if you actually tried this combination you would be keeping this sauce without question.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring this back... You are breaking so many hearts and there are so many who have not yet had the opportunity to have the celebration of taste buds when they enjoy this wonderful comfort meal
But seriously at least bring it back to the olds and Innisfail location.
I really appreciate your time and consideration.

Read moreI order ahead online quite frequently, when I arrive to pick my food up Pablo greets me by name with a smile on his face, always asking how my day is going. My food is always ready on time, hot and delicious. When they didn’t have the specific drink I would have like, they always offered to give me another alternative as well for the same price. They thrive on customer service and I will continue to go there just for that! Thank you for brightening my day when I arrive by addressing me by name and a smile on...
