Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alberta

Out of all the dominos I’ve been to in the past, and it’s a lot as my boyfriend is a fiend for their garlic dipping sauces, this location by far has the best service and most consistent quality. The staff always greet you the second you come in the door, showing that they care enough to make sure you will be helped shortly if they’re busy instead of being ignored which is a nice change from other take out and fast food restaurants. The store manager Cayce always has an amazing attitude and big smile on her face, which always makes me feel better if I’m having a rough day and need a quick dinner. My family made a big order and we received everything literally burned. And on top of it, I had the rudest and coldest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Had to fight to get a refund even though all of the pizza was returned to the store untouched because it was all burned. First, we were told we should have ordered it ‘lightly’ cooked, then he blamed the oven. After insisting on a refund, he warned we’d be blocked…..and finally we got a refund. i came in to place an order for later pickup, But it wreaked of POT, I could tell because it wafted through when they opened the door to come service me. I had to speak very slow and tell the person at the counter multiple times what i wanted, was so stoned they had no idea what they were doing. they ended Up getting my WAY WAY overpriced pizza wrong, and when i refused to pay for it unless they make it correct some guy claiming to be 'owner' proceeded to insult my mother in unspeakable terms. I'll NEVER go to ANY dominoes again.
