I ordered an online order through the mobile app. The driver was unable to find my house even though the gps directly goes to my house (I also included extra instructions to ensure easy delivery) It took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive and a second driver. When talking to a supervisor/manager (someone called me after my second phone call) they said all they could do was take off one pop and on top of that the driver tried to charge me full price when he arrived I had to let him know a pop was taken off. This meal was on domino's points, we get pizza delivered to our house all the time so It was very frustrating that after 2 hours domino's wouldn't cover the $11.00 charge to make up for the delays I experienced.
We have had great experiences with Domino's so my hopes as that with this review they will recognize customer recovery because 2 hours for delivery is unacceptable.
In their defense I did have an incorrect phone number on file so they couldn't contact me, however the driver stated he came knocking on our door and I had the door open while sitting beside it the whole time so I knew this...

First time trying Pacific Veggie and my friend & I loved it so much that we would order again. Prepared fast after online ordering & food was great quality. ....previously... Enjoyed another free pizza, made perfectly to order. It's ready quickly when you order online & carry-out.
Chicken Taco Pizza flavour was a pleasant surprise! Hot & ready fast with super nice staff. And I have noticed they have reduced the salt among their ingredients (no more thirst craving after eating their pizza); right on!

tonight I ordered a 4 topping medium pizza...they forgot the tomatoes so I called back and while I was waiting on the phone ..heard their deal for a large 4 topping pizza was 12 dollars cheaper!!! really!!??. couldn't the person taking the first order say ...hey get a larger pizza for 12 dollars less!!?? really! won't order from those crooks again! by the way...the first order was 29.00...I thought they said 20.99.on the phone...who pays 29.00 for a 4 topping medium pizza!!! apparently this fool but never again!!
