KFC — Restaurant in Alberta

Horribly rude, inconsiderate, and some would deem even mean staff. I ordered a bacon and cheese famous chicken sandwich that came to almost $10 (CAD) +GST.... but then noticed noticed the regular famous chicken sandwich was on special for 4.95, so I asked how much it was to add cheese and bacon to any sandwich, and they said its $1.40. I then requested to change my order to a regular famous chicken sandwich but add cheese and bacon. They then refused, laughed at me and took payment @ $10, and just turned around and walked away. No thank you, no comment, no explanation, no nothing. Was one of those "what just happened" incidents. I won't be going to KFC again period. The fact they do this is literally unfair and robbery. (Note you can get a combo meal with regular "famous" sandwich @ just over $12 with chicken strip, salad, popcorn shrimp, sandwich, drink, fries, but the cheese + bacon famous sandwich combo is also just over $12..... but if you try to add cheese and bacon to the combo you "can't" for some stupid reason, regardless of it costing only $1.40.). Their costing approach makes no sense and is robbery! Aaaaaaand, how is the sandwich "famous" anyway? I remember a chicken sandwich at KFC that was called a big crunch....it didn't have pickles, and was "famous"..... not sure why they'd shift to something self proclaimed, with gross pickles at that, and stray away from the name everyone knows. Clearly KFC have their head...

Well probably the cleanest KFC I've ever been into in a very long time. The place was Immaculate all the tables are clean. Staff was awesome!! man they made jokes they were funny they were really interactive probably the best stuff and the fast food restaurant I've had in a very long time. No that's all I can say about the good stuff the chicken I ate was what is good as you would expect from a KFC popcorn chicken. But the onion rings were a big disappointment I think it's the first time I've ever had KFC onion rings. They did not taste as good as I expected from KFC. They should made using some of the original recipe on the onion rings would make a big difference that's what I expected. And mine were also burnt...

The chicken was hot, the fries were hot. When you enter the store they greet you. The place Is clean, floors mopped, tables wiped. They care for their presentations. They smile and make eye contact to make sure everything you order Is right. More importantly they actually give everything you ordered. Right down to the customization to what you want. They will suggest something. Like gravy, sauce, fries or if you want to make it a meal. (Standard procedure) But all is great in the place. Also been through the drive thru. Same thing.
