A standard A & W, which is to say untrained staff and corners being cut to pretend to save money... filthy location...

Make sure to repeat your order at the drive through because the staff makes it pretty clear they don't listen.

Make sure to check your bags and demand condiments if you want them, they will say anything to get you out of the drive-through so you don't intrude on their valuable time. Basically what I expect from a chain fast food restaurant.

They just did the condiments thing to me again.... I want my breakfast to come with ketchup and salt and pepper like it's supposed to.... this breakfast is going in the garbage because no odd can eat this cold slop without ketchup....

If they say the condiments are in the bag, fake to open the bag and they will bring you what they just lied to you about 20 seconds before... management allows this behavior and does nothing to...

Best service ever! I was truly amazed by the whole team. They were incredibly helpful in preparing my orders. The quality and flavor of the burgers are excellent! Service from the cashiers to the drive-thru was impressively fast. This is one of the few fast food places I genuinely enjoy ordering from.

Huge thanks to everyone on the team, you won't find this level of service anywhere else. The managers clearly do an amazing job leading by example and training the team to deliver outstanding service. Well done!

I honestly don’t understand some customers who show no patience. These employees work hard and do their best to serve everyone quickly and with a smile. A little kindness goes a long way — patience is a virtue, and we could all use a bit more of it. Let’s treat staff with the respect...

A great A&W, foods always fresh, hot, and of course tasty! Typically quite friendly staff as well! My only grievance with this, and I suppose likely other A&W's are the fries. Which is sad because fries are to fast food, as butter is to bread. Whats almost worse is how close A&W is to a truly great fry. They are using what appear to be 'home style cut' fries that appear to be nothing more than potatoes sliced up fry-style, skins on. Which is great! The problem lies in the execution however, as these fries are almost always dreadfully under seasoned and soggy. I am not sure whether they should be twice fried or simply cooked longer, whichever, I wish they would address this issue. With crispy, seasoned fries, all would be well. Imo one of the best options for a quick meal...
