McDonald's — Restaurant in Alberta

Food was alright, only 2 of the 4 kiosks to order were working. The ketchup dispenser was not working. The ramp to get up to get in the store was very rough, I'm using a scooter to get around and I almost face planted. The last 4 or 5 times I went here the ice cream machine was 'broken' overall a quite mediocre McDonald's. Update - It has improved very friendly drive thru crew. But I still hate having to pull into the stalls up front when I'm the only one there Becuase they 'Have a timer' it's very annoying and I have to do it quite often. Ice cream machine broken last 3 visits, none of the kiosks were printing receipts. Couldn't order any hot drink with milk because the machine is broken. This place needs some serious management. I agree with most of the reviews already posted. Its mcdonalds, you know exactly what you're gonna get every time. Food tastes like it always will taste. And unfortunately that usually means you're also expected to have them make a mistake with your order. When we were here a couple of months ago they were out of milk. But we didnt know that (how could we?) So when we came up to the counter to wait for our orders we were told they were out of milk so they couldn't do the latte my friend ordered and it would have to be substituted for something else. The option for substitution was less expensive and my friend didnt get the difference in $ back. So he ended up getting a regular coffee priced at a latte cost. I recently had a visit to McDonald's in Wainwright, and I must say, it was quite the experience! The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure everyone was served quickly despite the busy evening rush.

I decided to go with a classic Big Mac combo. The burger was just as I remembered – juicy patties, fresh lettuce, and that signature special sauce. The fries were hot and crispy, perfectly salted. I also tried one of their new McFlurry flavors, and it was a delightful treat to end the meal.
