I know part of the staff's incapabilities are due to lack of training (and in some cases- lack of effort), but it is becoming increasingly annoying when they ask me to go park in a stall to wait for my drive-thru order, despite nobody being behind me. I have resorted to saying "No thank you- Ill pull ahead if I see someone coming up behind me". If you want your drive thru timer to stay low, then stop slacking and get me my order. Im not going to drive off the sensor so you can clock 30s when in reality it took you 7 minutes during non-peak hours. Update: DO NOT order through their app. They forgot an entire meal, and when I contacted support I was refunded ONLY for the meal, not the tax, not the 11% service fees. They just kept that money and expect me to reorder and give them MORE of my money. Oh, and this has happened twice. I thought once was a fluke, but twice? If you're gonna order, go through the DoorDash app. For some reason, they dont forget things if you order through DD but they do "forget" if you order through them. And its 2pm! Read moreI have gone to many McDonald's shops in Canada and this is the Worst McDonald's shop I have ever gone. I purchased 2 meals and a happy meal for my kid. Its in the offer we will get a toy or book with this kids meal. When I asked about the toy, they told toy are out of stock. And it's clearly seen there are Minions toys kept I the glass door storage near the entrance . When asked they were bluffing and telling sorry that toys are only for display. Any how my kid was very unhappy about it. When we went to sit to have the meals one of the staff approaches with a tablet and started asking questions and she told it's a survey. Without eating a single piece she began to ask for the food review , customer service etc... And in gents washroom there is no door lock for using toilet. It’s all small mistakes—forgetting extra sauces or pickles typically. The problem is that a) I am being charged for these small items and never receiving them (this adds up quickly) and b) that this happens literally every single time I come through. As the only place open when I finish my own job, I come here 2-3 times a week and am consistently disappointed every single time.
