• New update We gave them a second chance after we saw that there was new management at this establishment. Suffice to say we were again left with a bad taste after our experience. Yet again the take out order was wrong. Direction wasn't followed and when we called and complained the Manager argued with us. After arguing and escalating the issue, was then dissapointed with the customer being upset and raising their voice to talk over the arguments of the management. Maybe if you dont wish for your customers to become angry and raise their voices, you shouldn't argue with them about your staffs failures. Instead you should perhaps calm the situation and make things right. If there were a way to give a negative rating this establishment in Olds would be getting the bottom of the scale. Management said they would remake and deliver the order that was incorrect. In this case it is surprising being we live 20 minutes out of town. So i will say this is a mild improvement to the past. However this doesn't make up for the constant failures of this establishment. Do better.

*Update So Management finally got ahold of me and assured me they would compensate me fairly for the terrible food we recieved as well as the failures of the "supervisor". We didn't even recieve the full cost of the meal as compensation nevermind something to act as incentive to come back. Suffice to say Mr Mikes ownership/Management has Failed miserably here as a result the rating has been lowered and they have lost our business. Maybe we will give their failed attempt at a fair compensation away because odds are good after this we will never use it. I've seen better management at a fast food establishment

Decent place to go if you plan to eat in. But expect a bit of a $$$ menu. Now for the reason I am giving a 1 star rating. It's bad enough that this place is mildly overpriced. But the take out i recieved was absolutely terrible especially for the price paid. I ordered 2 meals one of them didn't come with the right side the other came with a losely sealed sauce that spilled over the entire meal. Here's the kicker. When i called to discuss this failure. I was given someone who claimed to be a "Manager on duty" that assured me my complaints were understood, documented and that i would hear from the GM the following day. Days later no call. Honestly would likely never go back to this place and I'm not just talking for take out. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and quality of this...

About a week ago we had a bad experience with Mr. Mikes and I left a low review. I was contacted by the manager and he apologized and offered us a free meal. Which was good and the service was very good(felt a little like they were kissing up because they knew we had an issue last time). Although the same problem I had with a large piece of fat being left on my chicken occurred (I now realize I didn't get a good picture but you can slightly see it behind the shrimp bowl)but my fiancé‘s chicken didn’t have any extra fat. I’m guessing it might just be some pieces of chicken that they have, have pieces of fat and they’re just not very good at catching them. I ordered the Smugglers chicken like I did the last time and it was good. I asked for extra sauce Because the last time I ordered it the rice was really dry. I definitely got extra sauce but it was just melted Cajun butter so it was fairly oily. The prawns were also quite rubbery, I cant imagine what the scallops are like, I don't like scallops so I asked to not have them. The tomato bruschetta appetizer I got was really good, though it could’ve done without so many tomatoes. They were piled fairly high and there was no way to eat it without making a mess.. My fiancé got the grilled chicken and he said it was a bit charred for his liking(same issue as last time just better). Plating also could've been better. The fries were just thrown on the plate on top of the chicken and vegetables, and the tomato bruschetta just looks messy. Overall it was good and seems to be up to a casual standard. Not a fine dining steakhouse...

Absolutely horrible!!! Ordered dinner for pick up at 5, picked up at 530. Got home and it was missing my daughters meal, so we called and they said it would be delivered. I give them specific directions as my address doesn't show up proper in google maps. Waited 20 min (we live 5 min away) I called them back and they said they needed to confirm my address.... I give them directions again to my house and wait another 20 minutes... They call me and tell me they need to confirm my address yet again and that it is not correct. Again I give them exact directions and ask if they will be sending a new order since it had been over an hour at this point and the food would be cold. Another 20 minutes and we finally get the food, I had asked for a refund at this point which they gave us 20 bucks for the one burger. Daughter opened the bag and no side with the burger.... You're kidding right! So I call back again, manager will have to call me back. Another 30 minutes later I get a call, she said oh the side must have been in the first bag you picked up.... It was not.. The other burgers came with the side in the same box. Then I was told it shouldn't matter since we got the 20 dollar refund (our bill was $81) so no side, no apology and over 2 hours of ridiculousness. The manager didn't not seem to have a care and was fine with losing our business, which she certainly did!! Do Not waste...
