Beautiful new restaurant with fantastic food, we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Mahesh was passionate, knowledgeable about all the dishes, and gave some great suggestions. Wanting to sample the menu, we ordered several dishes — a variety of flavor and spice levels, but all very enjoyable. The Aloo (potato) Chat is our new favorite, with so many facets of flavor and a beautiful presentation! The Char Sui, Fish Pakora, Ducking Duck 2 Die For (spicy!), Singapore Noodles, Paneer Chilly — not chili! — and Nepali Style Chowmein were all delicious in their own ways. We enjoyed a sample of Chicken Momo (mild-flavored dumplings with a sauce similar to butter chicken) and our daughter was quite happy with her chicken fingers and fries, too. With a keenness for feedback and a passion to share their version of Nepalese fusion, I hope this gem of a place succeeds. Did I mention the value for your dollar is hard to beat? We returned tonight for our second visit to our new Fusion restaurant in town. The soup of the day (Wonton) was excellent again and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also tried other dishes Beef Chow Mein, Chicken Momo, Pork fried rice all very tasty and good size orders. We tried wings last time but this time went for the whole fried chicken knowing we were going to be bringing ALOT of food home for future meals. Honestly amazing. I have been wanting Nepali food (specifically chicken momo) for a long time but there are very few restaurants even in Calgary. This place exceeded my expectations. We had the chicken momo and then had to order another it was so good (my photo only shows half of the plate, we ate it so fast!). The wonton soup was unreal (was the soup of the day).
